We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our organization under the PROTÉGÉ Programme as an Admin Assistant.
Location: Bandar Sri Permaisuri, KL
Programme Duration: 12 Months
Allowance: As per PROTÉGÉ Programme guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
- Organize, maintain, and update company records and documents.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Assist in data entry and database management.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and other administrative activities.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
