岗位职责
1. Responsible for securing all hotel properties, staff, and clientele following the procedures laid down in the security manual.
2. Observe guests and others and patrol lobbies, corridors, back-of-the-house areas, public rooms, and surroundings to detect infringement or suspicious behavior interview guests and staff, and approach and question suspicious persons courteously.
3. Assist the Supervisors in investigating incidents, loss, thefts, etc. occurring in the hotel during his shifts.
4. Warn troublemakers, cautions careless person.
5. Accompanies the Assistant Manager or Front Office Manager and Night Managers in investigating irregularities in guests’ rooms and public areas when requested.
6. Render assistance for accident victims and write necessary accident reports.
7. Record details of significant incidents or activities during his shift in his official pocket diary.
8. Notifies superiors of the presence of a person of questionable repute and keeps such people under close surveillance.
9. Maintain courteous relations with guests and staff.
10. Instills trust on the part of staff, not fear or suspicion.
11. Performs First Aid as needed.
12. Attend in-service training courses and as such other courses as may be directed from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
