Respond to customer inquiries via TikTok Shop, Shopee, chat, and social media.

Process and monitor customer orders.

Handle return, refund, and exchange requests.

Resolve customer complaints professionally.

Update and manage inventory records.

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for order fulfillment.

Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain product listings and update stock levels.

Prepare daily or weekly sales and inventory reports.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
