HR / Admin Assistant
Plastic Manufacturing Factory, Jinjang Kepong
Job Scope:
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including document management, procurement, purchase orders, shipment coordination, and handling general enquiries.
- Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, payroll assistance, recruitment, onboarding, leave administration, and managing foreign worker permits, levies, and insurance renewals.
- Coordinate office and facility administration, including equipment and vehicle maintenance, license and insurance renewals, PPE management, housekeeping, pest control, and compliance with food safety and quality management systems.
Qualification:
- Prefer Diploma/Degree holders in Business Administration or other equivalen
- Good command of written and spoken English, BM and Mandarin
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal and communication skill

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
