- Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
- Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors
- Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocols
- Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
- Handle site accidents according to established protocols
- Maintain an accurate record of construction employee attendance
- Analyze blueprints to ensure construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications
- Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to improve efficiency
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Certified chargeman will be an added advantage
- Experience in the Solar Energy Industry is a plus
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good time management and planning skills
- Independent, proactive, responsible, and committed personality
- Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
