We are looking for a confident and friendly Cold-Calling & Admin Assistant to help us grow our client network. If you love talking to people, have a great phone presence, and are organized, we want you on our team!
Your main job will be calling business owners, introducing our consultancy services, and booking appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to businesses to introduce our services.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for the management team.
- Send follow-up emails and company profiles to interested clients.
- Update our client database (CRM) with accurate call notes.
- Handle basic administrative tasks for the department.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in telesales, cold-calling, or customer service.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manners.
- Self-motivated and comfortable handling rejections.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and Emails).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus).
