Job Role:- MSSQL Database Administrator

Job Location:- Singapore

Experience: 3-5 Years

We are seeking a Database Administrator with experience in enterprise database and data warehouse environments. The role involves database installation, administration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability and security of database systems.

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
• Monitor and optimize database performance and query efficiency
• Manage backup and recovery processes using enterprise tools
• Support high availability and failover configurations (e.g., clustering, AlwaysOn)
• Troubleshoot database issues and ensure system stability
• Implement and support database security and access controls
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams

• 3?5 years of experience in database administration or data warehouse environments
• Strong experience in MS SQL Server
• Knowledge of MySQL and/or Oracle databases
• Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Understanding of Windows server environments
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions (e.g., NetBackup or similar)
• Knowledge of clustering and high availability (SQL Server AlwaysOn, failover clustering)

• Experience with database security tools (e.g., database firewalls like Imperva)
• Exposure to enterprise or production-critical database environments

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
