Role Overvie

wWe are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong Business Analysis background and consulting/system integration experience. The candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage offshore/onshore teams, engage stakeholders, and drive Agile/Scrum projects from initiation to closure

.Key Responsibilitie

• sManage full project lifecycle, scope, timelines, resources, and delivery quality
• .Lead client-facing engagements and translate business requirements into technology solutions
• .Coordinate offshore/onshore and cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, BA, Architects)
• .Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure successful sprint delivery
• .Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and prepare functional documentation
• .Manage project governance, stakeholder communication, risks, budgets, and change control

.Requirement

• s7+ years of IT Project Management experience
• .Strong Business Analysis and stakeholder management skills
• .Experience in IT Consulting/System Integration environments
• .Hands-on Agile/Scrum project delivery experience
• .Strong risk, financial, and vendor management capabilities
• .Experience managing outsourced and multi-vendor projects
