Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support application and infrastructure operations within the OpenText AppWorks BPM ecosystem. This role focuses on managing on-premise DevOps environments, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring smooth deployment and performance of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Jenkins, scripting, and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Support and maintain on-premise DevOps environments
• Configure and support OpenText AppWorks BPM infrastructure
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Bash & Windows Batch)
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues
• Collaborate with development teams for deployments, releases, and environment support
• Manage repositories and version control using Bitbucket
• Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in on-premise (non-cloud) environments
• Proficiency in Bash scripting and Windows Batch scripting
• Experience with OpenText AppWorks (AWF) infrastructure
• Good knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL, Java, and JavaScript
• Experience in Windows and Linux/Open Systems environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM Datacap (Advanced/P3)
• Knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management) tools
• Familiarity with Case Manager & BAW (Business Automation Workflow)
• Experience with FileNet
• Exposure to enterprise application support environments
