岗位职责
Responsibilities
-Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations
-Arrange and follow up on customer appointments to maintain scheduling accuracy
-Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and phone calls to ensure effective communication
-Update customer and service records and prepare basic documents to maintain accurate information
-Coordinate with the workshop team to schedule vehicle servicing efficiently
-Execute other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support business needs
Requirement
-Prior administrative experience is an advantage
-Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel to manage documents and data
-Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
-Organizational skills to manage schedules and records effectively
-Attention to detail and ability to work independently to ensure task accuracy
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
