Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and programs focused on next-generation Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. This critical role requires a high-caliber professional capable of managing cross-functional teams, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative enterprise solutions that align with core business objectives.

Key Responsibilitie

• sLead and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale technology projects and programs, from initiation and planning through to deployment and post-implementation review
• .Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering scope, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and robust risk management strategies
• .Oversee and manage multiple cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment
• .Engage with key senior stakeholders across various business units to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure strict alignment between technical solutions and business needs
• .rack and report on project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial health to executive management and relevant committees
• .Oversee strategic vendor relationships and third-party service providers to ensure seamless collaboration and optimal delivery of contracted services

Requirements & Qualificatio

• nsMinimum of 12 years of experience in IT project/program management or technology delivery, including at least 3years in a dedicated leadership role within the financial services secto
• r.Proven success in delivering large-scale, complex enterprise technology projects on time and within budge
• t.Methodologies: Expert knowledge of various delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and industry-standard project management tool
