We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive who enjoys interacting with people and helping customers find the right solutions. In this role, you will manage enquiries, build long-term relationships and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with enquiries and leads from various channels
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Convert enquiries into sales and achieve targets
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Maintain customer records and follow up regularly
• Support other team duties as required

• A go-getter who thrives on performance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken)
• Able to converse in Mandarin as job requires communication with Mandarin speaking customers
• Good interpersonal skills
