Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to produce high-quality, conversion-focused visuals for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and platform requirements while leveraging both traditional and AI-powered design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design visually appealing product listings for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and various AI-powered design tools to create high-quality visuals efficiently.
Develop designs that tell a story and resonate with the target customer.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
Optimize images and listings for conversion, performance, and platform requirements.
Maintain creativity and design quality under tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment.
Provide constructive feedback on design processes and propose improvements to elevate visual output.
Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and e-commerce best practices.
Requirements:
3–5+ years experience as a graphic designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software; experience with AI design tools is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with China-based suppliers.
