• Source products and coordinate with suppliers (local and overseas).
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Lead and supervise the sales team, including training and performance monitoring.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
