specializing in the manufacturing and installation of duct works for HVAC
(Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and ACMV (Air-Conditioning and
Mechanical Ventilation) systems.
Responsibilities：
Handle daily office administration for HVAC projects and service teams.
Manage data entry, filing, and updating records (invoices, SOA, payment confirmations).
Small Claim application
Other ad-hoc duties that may
be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly across teams and vendors.
