Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile Software Engineer with hands-on experience in both .NET and Java technologies to design, develop, and support enterprise applications. This role supports systems across the full software development lifecycle and requires the ability to work across multiple technology stacks in a structured, delivery-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable switching between platforms, understands enterprise integration patterns, and works closely with business, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver stable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET) and Java technologies
• Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and application components
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability across both technology stacks

Integration & Technical Support

• Develop and support REST and/or SOAP web services
• Support system integrations and data flows across applications
• Investigate and resolve application issues, including defect analysis and fixes
• Collaborate with QA teams during testing phases and support UAT activities

Delivery & Lifecycle Support

• Participate in requirements discussions and technical solutioning
• Support application deployments and post–go-live stabilization
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement

Collaboration & Governance

• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams
• Adhere to development standards, security requirements, and SDLC processes
• Support change requests and enhancements in a controlled manner

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proven hands-on experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
• Proven hands-on experience in Java development
• Experience developing and consuming web services (REST / SOAP)
• Familiarity with SQL databases and basic query writing
• Experience with build and version control tools (e.g., Maven, MSBuild, Git)

Professional Experience

• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to support and maintain production applications
• Exposure to enterprise or mission-critical systems is an advantage

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in a multi-technology, fast-paced environment
• Structured, delivery-focused mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms or containerization
• Exposure to enterprise integration or middleware technologies
