Lead and manage a team of drivers which involves tasks like scheduling tasks, assigning responsibilities, and performance evaluation.
Ensure that the drivers' team is able to achieve their daily transport operations works' target
Plan, organize and assign drivers' for their daily schedules and work
Crisis management in case of the unexpected issues like disruptions, customers' complaints, investigations and resolving urgent delivery issues
Fostering strong relationship with stakeholders
Be able to effectively manage customers' accounts
Onsite Event Management
Ensure that the company is in compliance with industry regulations and standards. This involves keeping updated with laws and regulations that affect the company’s operations and ensuring the staff training accordingly.
Analyzing operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Also reporting these findings to senior management.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
