职位描述

岗位职责

  1. Own end-to-end delivery of product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, ensuring quality and consistency across the full stack.
  2. Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment infrastructure, and developer tooling that enable the team to ship reliably and efficiently.
  3. Collaborate with the System Architect and CTO to translate architectural decisions into well-implemented, production-grade systems.
  4. Establish and uphold engineering standards for full stack development, code quality, testing, and operational readiness.
  5. Identify and resolve infrastructure and platform risks before they become production incidents.
  6. Drive DevOps practices across the team — monitoring, alerting, incident response, and post-mortems.
  7. Contribute to prioritization of technical debt and platform improvements aligned with product roadmap and business risk.
  8. Support and mentor engineers across the stack, elevating team capability in both development and DevOps practices.
