Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction site activities in accordance with health and safety regulations, including hazard identification, risk assessment, site inspections, and implementation of safety programmes.

• Work closely with the Site Foreman to coordinate and organize on-site construction activities, while reporting project progress and issues to the Project Manager.

• Coordinate and oversee Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) construction works on site.

• Ensure all M&E activities are completed within project timelines and comply with applicable standards, codes of practice, and safety requirements.

• Manage and coordinate M&E installation and construction activities at the project site.

• Monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with project specifications and requirements.

• Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings, P&ID, BQ documents, and isometric sketches for project execution.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Vacuum Hook-Up works.

• Preferably possess knowledge of the semiconductor or construction industry.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

• BCSS certification is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
