Responsibilities

• Liaise with and assist customer /engineers / supervisors / coordinators to develop conceptual design to 2D or 3D drawing model for site preparation works and construction works.
• Responsible for updating working drawing as issued by project/ sales department.
• Responsible to prepare shop drawings, as-built drawing, cut size drawing for submission and approval.
• Able to multi-task drafting works with reasonable time and ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Ensure design / drawings meet relevant code compliance requirements and good engineering practices.

Technical Competencies

• Understands the specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of works.
• Coordination of Architectural / Structural drawings for shop drawing submission.
• Prepare layout and cut size drawings of decking for installation at construction site.
• Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Understanding of architectural / structural drawings with engineering knowledge.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.
• Coordination and identify areas of concerns with design intent.
• Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities (i.e. BCA, SCDF, LTA).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD software (2D/3D).
• Knowledge and proficiency in BIM (Archi/Structure) and Tekla Structure is an advantage.
• More prefer working experience in roofing field and structural decking.
• Working experience in large scale project, background in MRT, infrastructure works is an advantage.
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
