Working Hours : Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (OT Available on Saturdays)

Job Description:

• Support the Lead Solemniser (LS) with queue management and administrative duties to ensure the smooth conduct of ceremonies.
• Assist couples and guests during solemnisation appointments, including registration, witness updates, and reprinting of ceremonial certificates via self-service kiosks.
• Guide and direct guests after their solemnisation to maintain an orderly waiting area and smooth visitor flow.
• Monitor self-service kiosks and provide basic technical assistance when required.
• Handle simple customer enquiries, verify supporting documents for completeness and accuracy, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate channels.
• Assist counter staff with document verification processes, including assessing couples' language proficiency based on provided guidelines.
• Perform general administrative duties such as setting up and closing solemnisation rooms and kiosks, preparing simple reports, and supporting daily operations.
• Carry out other related administrative tasks as assigned.
