SolAgri supplies agricultural raw materials to buyers such as Spinning and Textile mills, Cashew processing factories, and oilseed crushing plants worldwide. With a focus on efficient logistics and risk mitigation, Our team members ensure seamless coordination of procurement and delivery processes to meet our client needs.

We are looking for a person for the role of Operations Executive in Singapore to handle following responsibilities

- Prepare Purchase and Sale contracts

- Follow up with buyers for LC issuance/advance payment

- Follow up with suppliers for shipment schedule

- Liaise with shipping lines for container booking, BL amendments, freight payment etc

- Ensure BLs and other shipment documents are prepared in accordance with the LC/contract terms

- Verify import documents for payment

- Prepare Sale invoices and other trade related documents

- Submit all export documents to banks

- Follow up with buyers for payments

- Insurance declaration

- Liaise with cargo inspection agencies

- Communicate with all stakeholders

- Reports and Data entry

- Troubleshooting

- Any other work assigned from time to time
