岗位职责

  • Supervise and coordinate tile installation activities on construction sites.
  • Assign daily tasks to tile setters and ensure work is completed on schedule.
  • Inspect surfaces and materials before tile installation begins.
  • Ensure tiles are installed according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor workmanship and conduct quality checks throughout the project.
  • Train and guide tile setters on proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to avoid work conflicts.
  • Manage material usage, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
  • Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure compliance with site requirements.
  • Prepare progress reports and resolve installation issues or customer concerns.
