Job Responsibilities:
Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Access Control Systems (ACS), Time Attendance Systems and related security solutions. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for ACS Equipment and software. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network and communication issues related to access control systems. Configure controllers, card readers, biometric devices, and management software. Conduct site survey and assist in project planning and implementation. Perform system upgrades, database backup, and software updates. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors during project execution. Prepare maintenance reports, service reports, and project documentation. Provide technical support and user training to customers. Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with safety requirements and company standards.
