Job Description

Jade Integrated Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee daily logistics operations, driver coordination and client requirements to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily logistics and delivery operations.

• Coordinate and deploy drivers to meet operational requirements.

• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.

• Liaise with clients regarding operational matters and service requests.

• Handle manpower planning and ensure adequate staffing.

• Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions.

• Monitor productivity and maintain operational records and reports.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures.

• Train and supervise drivers and logistics personnel.

• Support business development and operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.

• Diploma or Degree qualification preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation or operations management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.

• Familiarity with route planning and delivery operations will be an advantage.

• Willing to travel to various locations across Singapore.

Working Hours

• 6-day work week.

• May be required to work weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements.
