Job Summary

As a Client Success Associate, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, support client engagement, assist in managing growth campaigns, and collaborate with team members to achieve business goals. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners to foster trust and collaboration
• Support client engagement by addressing needs and ensuring a positive experience throughout interactions
• Understand client requirements and provide professional support tailored to their objectives
• Assist in planning, managing, and executing growth campaigns to drive business development
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet business objectives and deliver results
• Participate actively in training, coaching, and personal development sessions to enhance skills
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve campaign performance and client satisfaction
