Focus on Customer Support Service / Troubleshooting on Vacuum and Compression system
Responsible for implementing client requirements, including technical queries and spare part inquiry
Coordinate the activities among functional departments on standardization of procedures and process to ensure servicing run smoothly.
Provide general servicing and overhaul of Nash products or package related equipment and discuss machine operation variations with engineers or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem/root causes and determine proper solutions
Provide technical support and on-site commissioning to existing and new clients effectively as and when required
Carry out on-site Vacuum audit
Carry out on-site inspections and tests on Nash engineered products and package related equipment
Ability to understand and read cross sectional, PIDs and simple electrical diagrams.
Promote sales and prepare quotations of spare parts to customers.
Handle pre and post service administrative work.
Schedule and preparate permits for the service jobs
Handle Warranty and Quality Claims between Customer and Factories
PRE-REQUISITES
Diploma / Higher Nitec Mechanical Engineering, preferably with 2 to 4 years of working experience
Min 2-4 years’ experience in service, installation, site commissioning related.
Familiarity with Liquid Ring Technology is an advantage but not a must
Good analytical & troubleshooting skills coupled with minimum sales skills.
Good team player & willing to deal with customer.
Dynamic and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Team player as well as the ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal & communication skills, able to relate findings and solutions effectively to customers and the team.
