About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow PSDS Developer to design, configure, and develop Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on delivering scalable, high-quality service management capabilities that optimize case workflows, automate business processes, and enhance overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilitie

• sDesign, develop, and maintain ServiceNow CSM solutions, including Case Management, Agent Workspace, and Service Portal
• .Configure and customize workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer automations
• .Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
• .Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with platform best practices
• .Manage Update Sets, Application Scopes, and deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments
• .Support data migration, platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities
• .Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders throughout requirements gathering, design, and implementation phases
• .Produce and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, test plans, and operational runbooks
• .Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices
• .Provide Level 3 support for incidents, problem resolution, and enhancement requests related to ServiceNow CSM

.Required Qualification

• s4–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• .Strong expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) configuration and development
• .Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide APIs
• .Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, and platform automation capabilities
• .Solid understanding of ServiceNow data models, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and security frameworks
• .Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP services and IntegrationHub
• .Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies
• .ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification or equivalent

.Preferred Qualification

• sExperience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Performance Analytics
• .Knowledge of CMDB, Service Mapping, and related ServiceNow platform capabilities
• .Experience working within platform engineering, managed services, shared services, or large-scale enterprise service delivery environment
