Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced AI/ML models and algorithms for real-world enterprise problems
• Build and deploy production-ready AI systems using cloud and/or on-premise pipelines
• Work on Computer Vision, NLP, Speech, and Multimodal AI solutions
• Design and implement Generative AI and agentic AI systems (goal-driven autonomous systems)
• Conduct research and publish findings in top-tier AI/ML conferences and journals
• Collaborate with Responsible AI teams, delivery leads, and academic institutions
• Develop scalable AI applications such as digital assistants, healthcare AI agents, and enterprise automation systems
• Improve and enhance existing machine learning models for better performance and scalability
• Mentor and guide AI engineering and research teams
• Contribute to innovation strategy and next-generation AI capability building
