Lead regional performance reporting and dashboarding for supply chain operations, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
Analyse KPIs across end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g. order management, fulfilment, customer operations) to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Drive process excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, standardisation, and service delivery within supply chain shared services
Champion automation, optimisation, and continuous improvement across supply chain operations
Support the design and implementation of standardised operating procedures and reporting frameworks
Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align on supply chain performance metrics and service expectations
Play a key role in knowledge transfer and migration activities, supporting the transition of supply chain processes into the shared services model
Anforderungsprofil
A Successful Candidate Should Have
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in reporting, process excellence, or continuous improvement roles within a Supply Chain Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or Centre of Excellence (COE) environment
Exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g. order management, logistics coordination, planning, or customer operations)
Experience in performance reporting, KPI analysis, and dashboarding
Prior involvement in knowledge transfer, migration, or transition projects is highly advantageous
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI or similar)
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
Strong stakeholder management skills across regional or multinational environments
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement focus
