Collaborate closely with M&E Consultants to drive the concept and design of water mist systems, ensuring specifications meet client needs and safety standards.
Partner with the sales team to secure (clinch) new projects. Provide critical technical expertise during the tendering and negotiation phases to win competitive bids.
Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Conduct product and system training for regional distributors and internal sales personnel to enhance technical competency and market knowledge.
Manage all technical documentation, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and project specifications.
Travel within the ASEAN region (approx. 20-30%) to support site visits, client presentations, and project coordination.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of project or technical sales experience within the Fire Protection industry. Specific experience with Water Mist Systems is highly advantageous.
Strong existing network with M&E Consultancies, LTA, or other relevant local authorities is a distinct advantage.
Deep understanding of fire protection products, including familiarity with local and international codes/standards (e.g., SCDF, NFPA, EN).
Proficiency or working knowledge of BIM modeling is a plus.
Proficiency using FHC software in hydraulic caculation is a must
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
