Technical Programme Manager – Data Centre Programme Delivery

Data centre programme role in Singapore with strong monthly package, client-side exposure and major technical delivery scope.

This is for a structured TPM / PMO / project delivery professional who can keep complex workstreams moving — actions, risks, reporting, documentation, vendors, contracts and programme governance.

About the role

You’ll support the Lead Client Technical Programme Manager across a major data centre product development and delivery environment.

This is not a traditional site management role. It is a coordination-heavy, documentation-heavy, stakeholder-facing programme role where accuracy, pace and follow-through matter.

You’ll sit close to the client-side programme function, helping track deliverables, manage information flow, maintain reporting discipline and keep multiple technical workstreams under control.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate product development, programme and project meetings
• Capture clear meeting notes, actions, decisions, risks and blockers
• Maintain issue logs, RFI trackers, action logs and delivery trackers
• Produce weekly flash reports, quarterly reporting and status updates
• Create presentations, spreadsheets, work plans and programme documentation
• Support change policy processes, bug coordination and content packaging
• Manage documentation through platforms such as AODocs, Buganizer, eBuilder or similar
• Track funding requests, contracts, invoices, purchase orders and vendor documentation
• Review draft contracts, invoice rates and submission completeness
• Support onboarding activity for engineering support resources
• Coordinate between client teams, vendors, consultants and project stakeholders
• Escalate risks, blockers and dependencies before they become delivery issues
• Support governance, reporting, commercial tracking and programme controls

Requirements

• Relevant degree in construction, engineering, architecture, project management or a related built environment discipline
• Background in civil, structural, architectural, construction management, project controls, PMO or technical programme delivery
• Strong reporting, documentation and spreadsheet capability
• Confident managing trackers, actions, risks, RFIs, meetings and stakeholder updates
• Comfortable working in a structured client-side or technical project environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines and competing priorities

Desirable / nice-to-have background

• Data centre or mission-critical project experience
• High-tech, industrial, infrastructure or complex construction project exposure
• Experience with large technology clients or client-side delivery teams
• Use of AODocs, Buganizer, eBuilder, ACC, BIM360 or similar platforms
• PMO, project controls, design coordination or programme governance experience
• Contract, invoice, purchase order or funding request tracking experience
