Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics specific to manufacturing test technologies such as for in-circuit test, embedded test (e.g.: IEEE 1149.x), functional test and manufacturing data analytics.
• Collaborate with management and key stakeholders to develop and refine the company's solution goals and objectives in the context of electronics testing in a manufacturing environment.
• Formulate and implement NPI plans, initiatives, and action plans to drive growth, improve performance, and enhance the organization's competitive advantage in the manufacturing test technologies industry space.
• Build detailed solutions roadmap that outline the direction and milestones for the development and implementation of manufacturing test technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of solution initiatives, track key performance indicators relevant to manufacturing test technologies, and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with solution initiatives in the field of manufacturing test technologies and develop contingency plans to mitigate those risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Business Development, Order Fulfilment, R&D, Sales and Support to ensure alignment and effective implementation of solution initiatives in the context of manufacturing test technologies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategic planning specifically for the manufacturing test technologies industry and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in solution planning, business development, upstream marketing, or customer applications.
• Strong business acumen and fast learners.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and passion for the role.
