Role: Project Manager

Location:KL

Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Work closely with business users and Business Units to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Drive UAT activities and manage change requests effectively.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and Steering Committee (SteerCo).

Key Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale migration or transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, and reporting.
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and executive-level reporting skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in the financial industry / insurance sector is preferred.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experienced in delivering business-critical projects with minimal operational disruption.
