What a Business Planner Analytics Does At HP
- Coordinate enterprise account planning activities, including account nomination, governance reviews, and planning processes.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage sales letters and related planning documentation to support business operations.
- Support country-level enterprise business planning initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor business performance and provide reporting, analysis, and insights to support decision-making and planning activities.
- Ensure business activities and execution plans remain aligned with approved business strategies and objectives across stakeholders.
- Communicate planning updates, progress, risks, and key outcomes to stakeholders, including leadership, sales teams, and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and applicable regulatory standards within planning processes.
- Assess business opportunities, risks, and potential impacts, and provide recommendations to support planning and investment decisions.
- Maintain data accuracy, process integrity, and timely delivery of planning requirements and business commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive effective execution of business plans and continuous process improvement.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
- Four-year Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, data analysis or a related field.
