Location: Kallang Pudding
Salary: $2,200 – $2,500
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9AM - 6PM + Sat 9AM - 1PM

We’re looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and roadshows.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience who want hands-on exposure to the events industry. 

What You’ll Do

Coordinate closely with internal teams to prepare event materials, manpower, schedules, and onsite arrangements.
Support the development of event proposals, timelines, floor plans, and logistic documents.
Handle venue and equipment sourcing, delivery arrangements, and setup/teardown coordination.
Conduct internal briefings and ensure all teams are aligned on event requirements.
Managing promoter recruitment, scheduling, and deployment for sales or roadshow events.
Support budgeting, expense tracking, and post-event reporting

Able to support events on weekends or public holidays

Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is preferred
