Outlet Manager
Location: Bugis Junction

Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on duties such as preparing mochi, serving customers, and restocking supplies.
Oversee daily kiosk operations, including inventory management, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Train and supervise staff, including roster planning.
Maintain high standards of customer service and handle feedback professionally.
Monitor staff performance and ensure productivity.
Ensure product quality and consistency at all times.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Positive attitude and cheerful disposition.
At least 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience in the F&B industry.
Strong multitasking, organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
