Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Storage


Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Report discrepancies or damages and ensure proper storage in designated locations.


Order Fulfilment


Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately according to specifications.
Ensure correct items and quantities; label shipments properly.
Use scanners/WMS to track inventory and order status.


Inventory Management


Maintain accurate stock records and perform periodic inventory and weekly bin counts.
Rotate stock and monitor levels; escalate low or excess inventory.


Shipping & Delivery


Pack goods securely using appropriate materials.
Coordinate deliveries and ensure complete, accurate shipping documentation.


Warehouse Operations


Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Operate equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) when required.
Support general warehouse duties (cleaning, disposal, etc.).


Safety & Compliance


Follow safety guidelines, report hazards, and comply with all policies, including handling of hazardous materials.
Participate in safety training.


Team Collaboration


Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate updates on inventory, orders, and shipments.
Assist in training new staff when required.


Qualifications


Minimum secondary education; relevant experience preferred.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer/WMS knowledge.
Physically fit (lifting up to ~23kg) and able to stand for long periods.
Good communication and teamwork skills.


Working Conditions


Warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
Requires lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
May include shift work, weekends, or overtime.
