Key Responsibilities
General Administration
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties (filing, data entry, document handling)
- Maintain proper record keeping for company documents and reports
- Manage office supplies and ensure stock availability
Inventory Support
- Assist in monitoring office and retail inventory levels
- Update inventory records and stock movement reports
- Coordinate stock requests between HQ, warehouse, and retail outlets
- Support periodic stock checks and stock take activities
Operations Support
- Assist the Operations Team in daily operational tasks
- Coordinate communication between HQ and retail stores
- Liaise with vendors for delivery, maintenance, and services
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare basic reports (inventory, stock movement, admin reports)
- Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist in processing invoices, delivery orders, and related documents
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Willing to learn and support operations-related tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Location : Kepong
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
