Kitchen Assistant (Tampines Mall)



Preparing orders according to SOP and maintain work areas
Assist in basic food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
Support kitchen team by restocking supplies and managing inventory
Operate and clean kitchen equipment
Minor dishwashing and cooking

Job Requirements:

Valid Food Hygiene certificate
No prior experience necessary; willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately
Good physical stamina and ability to stand throughout scheduled shifts
Strong commitment to hygiene and food safety practices
Able to work well in a multi-racial team and able to read and speak simple English
