Qualifications:

• Engineering Diploma and 3 years of working experience, or an equivalent Engineering Degree.
• Responsible for quality, safety, and control indicators by introducing awareness campaigns and activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational quality and performance issues.
• Identify and report quality issues or trends based on analysis and observation.
• Recommend corrective actions for quality and safety incidents.
• Lead the Quality ‘Good Catch’ program to promote proactive and positive behavior among team members.
• Conduct weekly 6S audits to cultivate a disciplined work environment.
• Ensure the latest Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed, and that corrective actions (CA) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls are effective.
• Prepare stand-down packages to share critical messages with contractors.
• Prepare and publish weekly Quality, Safety, and Controls reports using appropriate quality tools.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
