Our client, a leading HK-based organization is looking to hire an experienced Data and AI Architect to define and implement enterprise data architecture and AI strategy. This role will be instrumental in enabling scalable, governed, and value-driven use of data and AI across the business.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Define and evolve enterprise data architecture aligned with business priorities and enterprise architecture frameworks
• Develop data and AI roadmaps to support digital transformation initiatives
• Establish data governance frameworks, standards, and operating models across the organisation
• Lead AI governance initiatives, including ethical AI principles, data ownership, and compliance standards
• Design scalable data platforms and data integration architectures to support enterprise use cases
• Define architectural patterns and best practices for data and AI implementation
• Translate governance principles into actionable guidelines for delivery teams
• Provide subject matter expertise on emerging data and AI technologies and trends
• Identify opportunities to leverage data and AI for business value creation
• Mentor internal teams on data architecture, governance, and AI adoption
• Ensure architecture artefacts are well documented and reusable across initiatives

Required Skills for the Role:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
• 10+ years of IT experience, including exposure to enterprise data architecture
• Proven experience in:
• Data platforms, big data, and analytics solutions
• AI technologies and enterprise-level use cases
• Strong understanding of:
• Data modelling and lifecycle management
• Data governance and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF preferred)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both English and Cantonese
