Objective:
To oversee and ensure efficient warehouse and store operations by managing inventory, coordinating staff, maintaining Cleanliness standards, and supporting overall business goals.

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and maintain proper storage systems for ease of access.
• Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and returns.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods.

Store Operations Supervision

• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with inventory.

Staff Supervision:

• Schedule shifts and assign tasks to warehouse and store staff.

Performance Monitoring:

• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Motivate and guide staff to achieve operational

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare reports on inventory.
• Analyze warehouse and store data to identify areas for improvement.
• Report any significant issues or trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
