About Us

Certlabs by Meta Revo Sdn Bhd helps businesses prepare, manage, and maintain certification matters including Halal, food safety, QA/QC, and compliance-related services.

We are currently looking for a Technical Solution Officer to join our team. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy client communication, follow-up work, simple content support, and front-line sales activities.

Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.

Role Overview

As a Technical Solution Officer, you will be involved in maintaining existing clients, supporting basic content activities, and assisting in sales coordination for certification and consultancy services.

This is not a purely administrative role. The position requires active communication with clients, regular follow-up, and the ability to present service solutions clearly.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Maintenance

Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients regarding certification, renewal, maintenance, audit readiness, documentation, and service-related matters.

Assist clients by providing basic reminders, updates, and coordination with the internal operation team.

Build and maintain good client relationships to support long-term trust and repeat engagement.

Update client records, follow-up status, maintenance progress, and relevant client information.

Content Support

• Support simple content activities such as captions, educational post ideas, short-form content planning, and social media materials.
• Assist in preparing content related to Halal, QA/QC, food safety, certification, and compliance topics.
• Work with the team to create client education materials and basic promotional content.
• Sales Support
• Handle new client inquiries through official company channels.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable services based on their business situation.
• Prepare basic quotations, proposals, and follow-up with potential clients.
• Support front-line sales activities and business development follow-up.
• Commission will be based on confirmed sales performance and achievement of assigned targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Halal Management, Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in Halal, QA/QC, food safety, client servicing, sales, or content-related work will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia are required.
• Basic English communication is required.
• Candidates must be interested in front-line sales, client communication, and business development activities.
• Confident, communicative, proactive, and comfortable dealing directly with clients.
• Comfortable speaking, asking questions, following up consistently, and presenting solutions clearly.
• Basic interest in supporting content activities related to Halal, QA/QC, food safety, and certification topics.
• Candidate must possess own transport and be willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, or external assignments when required.

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Occasional client visit, site visit, or Saturday support may be required based on operational needs.
