Job Description:

• Daily muster call-Arrange workers according to their designation job (based on block’s priority), Check machineries, and Update vehicle running.
• Supervise daily harvesting activity for block.
• To ensure harvesting activity is according to the harvesting standards practiced.
• To ensure FFB evacuation to ramp is going smoothly without hiccups.
• To ensure harvesting activity in block is in line with interval recorded.
• supervise field maintenance
• Prepare mapping road on map by using GPS.
• To submit FFB crop weekly.
• P&D – intrusion, night patrolling and elephant trenching.
• To update intrusion report.
• Other responsibilities-Supervise upkeep line site, water treatment plant and genset.
• Must be willing to work and stay on the plantation (accommodation provided)

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

• Mersing: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
