HIRING NOW – OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Join a growing Malaysian company specializing in professional cleaning, maintenance, and facilities support services. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Operation Executive to support our expanding operations team.

Location: Pusat Komersial Bayu Tasek, Kota Southkey, Johor Bahru
Salary: RM2,500 – RM2,600
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cleaning operations at multiple client sites
• Coordinate cleaners' schedules, manpower allocation, and replacements
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure service quality and SOP compliance
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and work performance
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, complaints, and operational issues
• Ensure sufficient cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment are available
• Prepare reports and assist management in operational planning
• Support continuous improvement of service quality and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in operations, cleaning services, facilities management, or customer service is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for site visits
