This is an exciting opportunity to join the administrative team of K11 Karaoke Entertaiment as an Operation Admin. In this full-time role based in Pavilion Bukit Jalil, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organisation

2. Providing support to the operations team, including scheduling purchase, managing stock level, and coordinating with outlet manager

3. Assisting with the preparation of stock reports, letters, and other documentation as needed

4. Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service

5. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties to support the wider team as required

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders

4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work

6. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
