Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
• Assist in document management, filing, and record-keeping
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
• Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Assist in drafting correspondence, memos, and reports
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and office inquiries professionally
• Assist with procurement of office supplies and inventory tracking

Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Professional attitude with a keen eye for detail
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commit for a minimum of 2 months
