We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Site Engineer (Civil & Piping) to assist in the planning, coordination, supervision, and execution of civil and piping works at project sites. The successful candidate will support the Site Engineer/Project Manager in ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule requirements.

• Assist in supervising daily site activities related to civil and piping works.

• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and project team members.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality meets project standards.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

• Assist in planning manpower, materials, equipment, and resources required for site activities.

• Verify measurements and quantities for work completed.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental (HSE) requirements.

• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.

• Assist in resolving technical issues and site-related challenges.

• Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper storage and utilization at site.

• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

• Maintain project documentation, drawings, records, and site correspondence.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in civil construction, piping installation, or industrial projects.

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience may be considered.

• Knowledge of piping installation, civil construction methods, and engineering drawings.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&ID, isometric drawings, and construction plans.

• Familiarity with applicable engineering standards and safety regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
