Job Outline:

• Operate assigned production equipment in accordance with SOPs, Work Instructions, and safety requirements.
• Perform daily startup, shutdown, and routine checks including 5S, safety verification, and consumable monitoring.
• Record production output, inspection results, and basic machine parameters accurately.
• Assist Technician 2 / 3 in machine setup, calibration, tooling, jig & fixture changeover (process‑applicable).
• Identify and report basic machine abnormalities such as noise, alarms, or visible product defects.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with company safety, quality, and environmental policies.
• Escalate issues promptly to minimize downtime and quality risks.
• Support continuous improvement activities when assigned.

Experience / Skill Required:

• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of machine parameters (pressure, temperature, speed, cycle time).
• Ability to read simple SOPs, work instructions, and inspection criteria.
• Familiar with basic measurement tools (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges).
• Basic computer literacy (data entry, simple reporting).
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Team‑oriented, disciplined, and safety conscious.
• Reliable and able to work in shift or production‑driven environments.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
